Hyper⁺Ion^® is a tradename for General Chemical's polyaluminum chloride (PACl) based product line.  The workhorse of the product line is Hyper⁺Ion^® 1090, an aluminum chlorohydrate (ACH).  This product is used in a variety of industries to meet multiple application goals.

Description

Hyper⁺Ion^® products are a family of prehydrolyzed inorganic coagulants.  Hyper⁺Ion^® 1090, a product classified as aluminum chlorohydrate, has an aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) assay of 23-24% and a typical basicity of 83%.
